Executive Director Sue Miklos
Sue Miklos began her career at The Bair Foundation Child & Family Ministries in 1985 as a case manager. Since 1992, she has served as the Executive Director and has led the agency through an exciting period of expansion and change. Under her leadership, The Bair Foundation Child & Family Ministries has grown from serving less than 200 foster youth to a ministry that serves over 7,000 children and hundreds of families in crisis each year.
Inspirational and energetic, Sue is passionate about her work and committed to keeping children safe, providing them with quality treatment and care, and improving the well-being of families through innovative programs and services.
